Technology and Curriculum Vetting
All of Central R-3's technology programs and curriculum resources must be vetted and approved prior to use.
Below are the applications and websites that have passed vetting and are approved for use by the Central R-3 Technology and Curriculum departments.
If marked in BOLD, then the item is purchased by the District and is fully supported by the Technology and Curriculum departments. For BOLD items, next to the item is listed what building/area has access.
Items that are NOT marked in bold are items that CAN be used by faculty/staff, but are NOT fully supported (I.E. you can not contact the Tech Dept for support on Class Dojo, however, you can use Class Dojo. You, not the Tech Dept, can reach out to Class Dojo for support.).

Once you email support, the Technology Department will begin the vetting process. TECH DEPT NOTES:
Does it sell data?
Does it do third party marketing?
Does it do personalized advertisements?
Does it track users?
Does it do an ad profile?
Okay for children under 13?
Okay for teens 13-18?
What about data collection limitation?
What about sharing data? Student data privacy?
Does it require consent?
What data does it access?
Does it work with Clever?
Does it work with Google SSO?
Does it require anything from our SIS?
Is there a cost? If so, can we afford the cost?
Is there an application/website we already support that does this?
Does the Curriculum Dept approve of its use?
Does the Tech Dept approve of its use in regards to tech specs/requirements?
